Come and practise Daoist Tai Ji (Tai Chi), Daoist Gong Fu (self defence), Daoist yoga and Qi Gong in Leeds. All our teachers have trained with us for a minimum of seven years before being registered as teachers. They also hold nationally recognised qualifications in teaching.

As well as the opportunity to practise the Daoist Arts, you'll also be able to train and socialise with people from classes in other regions (and other countries), on our regular training courses.

The senior coach is Desmond Murray, who is President of the International Daoist Society, and Overseas President of the Weihai Wushu Association (Shandong Province, People's Republic of China). You will have the opportunity to train with people who are already experienced in Lishi, so you get a real taste of what these Daoist arts are all about.
